For more information about the music ministry, contact Don Gibson.
- Recreation & Activities Ministry
God has blessed Rock Springs with wonderful facilities for outdoor and indoor recreation. Sports teams have access to baseball and soccer fields. We also have four full-size indoor basketball courts allowing us to have a variety of teams playing at the same time. Organized team sports are an important part of our church fellowship and outreach. Wayne Holcombe coordinates all team sports.
- Audio Visual Ministry
The audio and video ministry of Rock Springs is a key element in our worship. Not only does it allow our congregation to clearly hear and view the service, but it relays the service via live streaming over the internet. Many people who are home bound, retired and moved away, missionaries on foreign soil, our membership on vacation or business trips, etc. depend on our audio and video ministry each week. The Audio Visual Ministry is highly technical and all volunteers MUST meet certain criteria. This ministry also produces cds and dvds as they are ordered through the Bookstore prepaid ordering system. To learn more about this ministry and how you can be involved, contact Rusty Galloway.

- Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Ministry is key to the special atmosphere of the Holy Spirit here at Rock Springs. We are serious about prayer — its power, its preciousness and its privilege. We have a 24 hour prayer line (864.859.4140) where callers can leave a prayer request and the prayer room is manned around the clock by prayer warriors. Each prayer request is documented, prayed for and then a Prayer Gram is sent to the person who left the request. If you would like to be a part of our Prayer Ministry, please contact Walt Sweet.
- Banner Ministry
In our front lobby and our main auditorium you will notice large banners which depict Bible truths. These banners are made on site by a team of artists and seamstresses. If you would like to participate in creating these beautiful banners, please contact Gloria Schumacher.
- Grief Support Ministry
The loss of a loved one can be a difficult part of our journey in life. But we do not have to take this journey alone. Our Grief Support Ministry will have an individual to support you in this journey — someone who has been where you are and knows your grief. If you could be a support to someone going through grief and would like to join our team, please contact Walt Sweet.
- Cancer Support Ministry
You have received that dreaded diagnosis. You or your loved one has cancer. You do not have to travel this road alone. Many of our membership have had the same journey and will travel down this road with you. Our cancer support group meets twice a month — each first and third Sunday — at 4:45pm in Room F206. If you would like more information about our Cancer Support Ministry, please contact Walt Sweet.
- Addiction Support Ministry
Victory is possible! Our Addiction Support Ministry has many victorious members who will encourage the victims of drug, alcohol, and pornography addictions in their journey of breaking free from the chains of addiction. We can connect you with Bible-based ministries where you can receive help and support. Our church family has many overcomers with great testimonies of victory through Jesus Christ! If you would like to give your testimony of victory through Christ or want more information about our Addiction Support Ministry, please contact Walt Sweet.
